10. Will the donor receive a letter of acknowledgement from the charity they choose?

When the user redeems a voucher, they are also invited to give their address and ask for an acknowledgement from their chosen charity. We regret that we cannot guarantee that all charities will provide an acknowledgement but most will. Alternatively, donations may be made anonymously. Donors who provide their name and address to receive an acknowledgement can also request, separately, to be added to their chosen charity's general mailing list.
