11. How long are vouchers valid for?

Charity Vouchers are usually valid for 5 years from the date of purchase: a 'valid until' date is printed on the front of each voucher. However, the sooner vouchers are redeemed, the sooner the money can be put to good use by the charities.

If for any reason you have a voucher in your possession which is no longer valid, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee to honour expired vouchers but we may be able to do so.
