12. What happens to any unredeemed vouchers?

We have now extended the period for which Charity Vouchers are valid, to five years.  The value of any expired vouchers* will be used to help pay for costs incurred in running the company.  Anglia Giving is a not-for-profit company and any surplus funds are distributed annually to UK Registered Charities at the discretion of the officers of the Company. Anglia Giving issues Norfolk Charity Vouchers in association with the Norfolk Community Foundation and, as such, surplus funds from this service will be donated to that Foundation.
