Giving and receiving Norfolk Charity Vouchers couldn't be easier.
Here, we explain how the service works...
- You buy a Norfolk Charity Voucher to give as a gift. The voucher comes in
an attractive card featuring a Norfolk scene. The voucher can be for whatever
amount you choose from £10 upwards... you pay just the face value and a small administration charge for the service, card and postage, just like a book token. The Norfolk Charity Voucher also comes with a leaflet giving details of about thirty Norfolk-based Charities.
- You give the voucher to someone... you can wrap it up and hand it over,
or simply pop it in the post
- That person can decide which Charity to give the donation to; they can pick
any Norfolk Charity from the leaflet or from the longer list on our website.
(Although the service is mainly intended to help Norfolk Charities, the person
could still give the donation to any UK charity if they particularly wish
to do so).
- The person redeems the voucher with the Charity concerned, either by filling
it in and posting it to the Charity or to the Charity Vouchers office or by
coming to this website and redeeming it on-line. Alternatively they can simply
call us on our Freephone number to redeem the voucher.
- The Charity and Charity Vouchers check the voucher details are correct
- Charity Vouchers donates the full face value of the voucher directly to the Charity
- The Charity, if the recipient has asked for it, will send a receipt or thank
you and perhaps, if the donor has requested it, more information about the
Charity on an ongoing basis. Anglia Giving cannot guarantee that all Charities
will comply with such requests, but usually they are very glad to do so.
